Registering Your Travel
U.S. citizens traveling to or residing in Colombia are strongly encouraged to register their location and contact information with the U.S. Embassy in Bogota. Doing so will allow the Embassy to reach you in case of an emergency, and will enable you to receive e-mailed Embassy security announcements, known as "warden messages."
